Celeste

Celeste Krummeck - Nikki’s Sister & Secretary

Celeste is probably the nicest person you would ever care to meet. Love, joy, peace, patience and gentleness flow from every pore in Celeste’s body. Celeste has been a teacher for the past 25 years and she is currently the headmistress of one of Durban’s’ most sought after primary schools. She has just begun her honours in psychology and wants to practice one day in the field of child development and play therapy. Celeste is the sounding board for all involved at The Lettie Love Fund and an absolute rock in our structure!

Arthur Lello – Treasurer

Arthur has been running his own businesses for the past 25 years and now currently owns and manages no fewer than 9 (Yes you read that correctly) different organisations, each successful in their own rights. Arthur’s specialty is advertising and design and The Lettie Love Fund benefits hugely from his insights in this field. Further to this, Arthur is a skilled negotiator and legally astute which helps The Lettie Love Fund develop robust, fair and accountable agreements and relationships. When he’s not spending time in the board room, Arthur is a passionate outdoors-man and has very little time for the comforts of a couch!

Alana

Alana Jane Doyle - Designer & Social Media

Alana - Jane is the queen of the keyboard and looks after our social media strategy, brand and website. Alana –Jane has been working in this space for the past 10 years and offers her time to The Lettie Love Fund outside of her normal working hours. It’s a true blessing to have people like Alana-Jane that are willing to sacrifice their time for the good of others especially for such a mission critical portfolio like our social media and web presence. Whatever spare time Alana-Jane gets, she spends on her legs as one of the countries best Ultra Distance trail runners. She remains one of the very few South African ladies to have completed a 100 Mile trail running event, that to go with multiple 100km plus off road trail runs. One day when the fund grows up and can afford it we hope to garner the skills and determination of this rock rabbit full time!

Siya Mzimba - The Lettie Love Funds first driver

It was pure happenstance and Gods providence that we managed to bag Siyabonga Mizimba as our first driver. Everything that we offer as a service rests in the hands of our drivers. They are the folk that interact with our patients and make and make each and every trip a reality and ensure it is conducted safely, on time and according to our
values. Siya is the hardest worker at The Lettie Love Fund and not a day goes by that we are not bowled over by the sheer resilience and willingness of this man.
